Market Data & Analytics (MD&A), a division within Deutsche Börse Group, creates, compiles and disseminates trading information for the world’s financial markets. The product portfolio comprises real-time, ultra-low latency and historical trading data from the trading venues Eurex and Xetra®. The range of data products also includes the financial news services of Market News International as well as the renowned DAX® and STOXX® indexes. MD&A also operates AlphaFlash, an algo news feed that delivers machine-readable global macroeconomic data. Data is provided via direct data feeds as well as via third party data vendors.

MD&A flagship data products

Eurex

  • Provides market data from Eurex
  • Complete and un-netted real-time Eurex trading chronology with netted pre-trade information
  • Data includes key European interest rate derivatives (e.g. Euro-Bund Futures, Euro-Bobl Futures), equity derivatives and equity index derivatives (e.g. EURO STOXX® 50 Index Futures, DAX® Futures)

Spot Market Germany (Frankfurt/Xetra®)

  • Provides real-time market data covering over 85 percent of the trading volume in German shares
  • Contains netted pre-trade and un-netted trade information for Xetra® and the Frankfurt trading floor

Deutsche Börse Indexes

  • Provides data for the complete Deutsche Börse index universe with more than 3,000 price and performance indexes including the DAX® index

STOXX Indexes

  • Provides access to real-time market data of the STOXX® index family, thereby giving a profound overview of European market trends

Börse Frankfurt

  • In 2011 the Hong Kong dollar was introduced as a trading currency
  • The data product contains the traded prices, best bid/ask and volumes
