Production Newsboard
Eurex Clearing
With this Newsflash, Eurex Clearing announces the production launch of the next C7 CAS Release, which will go live on 20 October 2025.
The following enhancements are being introduced:
Production date: 20 October 2025
Redesign of Reporting ID Functionality
The Reporting ID functionality, which allows the consolidation of data from multiple disclosed clients into one report, has been redesigned and improved. With this release, a new admission type, OTC Report Receiver, will be introduced. The entity set up as OTC Report Receiver will have access to the consolidated OTC daily Reports CC203, CC204, and CC209.
Clearing Members can set up an entity as an OTC Report Receiver with a 5-letter Reporting ID via C7 CAS > Admissions & Initial Setups > Add OTC Report Receiver. The same Reporting ID can be set up for the same OTC Report Receiver under different Clearing Members when there is a need to consolidate reports for Disclosed Clients across Clearing Members. To identify the position accounts relevant for the consolidated reporting, the Reporting ID can be assigned to position accounts during a Disclosed Client onboarding or as a subsequent Change Request.
HQLAx New Securities Collateral Location
To increase process efficiency and enhance maintenance of functional setups, Clearing Members can select CBL/HQ as the location for their securities accounts via the C7 CAS change request functionality. These CBL/HQ accounts can be linked to the Clearing Member’s own collateral pools under pledge or by title transfer legal regimes, as well as to their client collateral pools.
