Eurex Clearing Readiness Newsflash | Update to the timeline of the Margin Concentration Add-on for OTC IRS Portfolios
In Eurex Clearing Circular 083/25, titled “Introduction of a new Supplementary Margin Category – margin concentration add-on for OTC IRS Portfolios”, Eurex Clearing announced the rollout of a new Margin Concentration Add-on for OTC IRS accounts in the form of Supplementary Margin, with an initial go-live date of 4 November 2025.
To provide members with additional time to adjust their margining processes, Eurex Clearing postpones the go-live date to 1 December 2025.
