1. Introduction
With this circular Eurex Clearing announces the production launch of CCP Release 18.5 on Monday, 15 March 2021. All Clearing Members and the respective Settlement Institutes are affected by the introduction of CCP Release 18.5.
For a description of the changes that will be introduced with CCP Release 18.5, please refer to Eurex Clearing circular 115/20.

2. Required action
Changes introduced with this release might have an impact on report processing of Clearing Members and the relevant Settlement Institutes, therefore the processing for Eurex Repo reports shall be ensured. Furthermore, processing of partial settlements for CBL and Euroclear Bank have to be ensured.
3. Details of the initiative
CCP Release 18.5 enables the partial settlement functionality for CBL, CBF(i) and Euroclear Bank settlements and provides additional SFR-related information in report TC750 “Enhanced Repo Contracts”.
Furthermore, for Repo Specials settlement, the new CBL account 51295 will be used as CCP counterparty account and will replace the existing CBF(i) account of CCP (currently used for all types of Repo Specials instructions).
