1. Introduction
With this circular, Eurex Clearing reminds of the production launch of C7 Release 8.0 on Monday, 22 November 2021 as announced in Eurex Clearing Circular 048/21 and Eurex Clearing Circular 089/21. All Eurex Clearing Members are affected by the introduction of C7 Release 8.0.
The simulation environment has been available since 20 September 2021.

2. Required action
Please prepare for the release and make sure that all your release contacts have subscribed for Eurex Clearing Circulars and Newsflashes on the Eurex Clearing website under the following path: Find > Subscriptions.
Clearing Members are requested to submit their Readiness Statement as announced in Eurex Clearing Readiness Newsflash from 29 October 2021.
3. Details of the initiative
With C7 Release 8.0, functional and technical changes are:
Eurex Clearing provides a description of the changes that are introduced with C7 Release 8.0 in the Release Notes on the Eurex Clearing website under the following location: Support > Initiatives & Releases > C7 Releases > C7 Release 8.0 > Overview & Functionality.
Unless the context requires otherwise, terms used and not otherwise defined in this circular shall have the meaning ascribed to them in the Clearing Conditions or FCM Clearing Conditions of Eurex Clearing AG, as applicable.
