1. Introduction 

The Executive Boards of Eurex Frankfurt AG and Eurex Clearing AG took the following decision with effect from 10 September 2025:

  • Introduction of a Liquidity Provider Program for Euro-EU Bond Futures (FBEU) 
  • The Liquidity Provider Program is valid from 10 September 2025 until 31 December 2028

This circular contains all information on the introduction of the Liquidity Provider Program and relevant details for production start of Euro-EU Bond Futures.

2. Required action for trading start

Product assignment

Clearing Members are obliged to confirm to Eurex Clearing that the One-Time Certification is completed for the securities account at Clearstream Banking Frankfurt (CBF). The One-Time Certification must be performed by the account owner at CBF. The One-Time Certificate is a pre-requisite for the assignment of the new capacity group. For further details please refer to Eurex Clearing Circular 052/25.

3. Details of the initiative 

This Liquidity Provider program aims to support liquidity for the introduction of Euro-EU Bond Futures as of effective date 10 September 2025.
 
For details of the Liquidity Provider scheme, please refer to the attached Product Specific Supplement (PSS).

With the introduction of Euro-EU Bond Futures, Eurex aims to expand its fixed income derivatives offering and cover the major European bond markets by offering standardized Futures products.

B. Admission to the T7 Entry Services (TES) 

The new products will be admitted to the T7 Entry Services (TES). 

An overview of the T7 Entry Services available for the products as well as detailed information on single product basis with regard to availability, possibility of utilization and minimum entry size for the Eurex T7 Entry Services is available on the Eurex website under the link:

C. Risk parameters 

As of start of trading, risk parameters of the new products will be published on the Eurex website under the link:
