Eurex Repo Readiness Newsflash | Final step of the ISV Registration & Software Management initiative now live
With this Newsflash, Eurex Repo announces the launch of the last step of the ISV Registration & Software Management initiative. The Software Selection app and the respective enhancements in the API & FIX account creation process are now available in the Member Section of Deutsche Börse Group.
As announced via the Eurex Repo Readiness Newsflash from 18 November 2025, Eurex Repo introduced a new process for the selection of third-party software and launched the Software Selection app and the respective enhancements in in the API and FIX account creation process on 10 December 2025.
With the introduction of this initiative, all customers holding API and FIX account - whether for simulation or production - are required to select the third-party software used to connect to the relevant interfaces through the new application by 20 February 2026 at the latest.
Clients using in-house or self-developed software to access the API and FIX interfaces must register their software using the Software Registration app; registered software will be automatically assigned to its owner.
Additionally, beginning 10 December 2025, two new software-related fields are incorporated into the API and FIX account creation process within the Member Section. Clients need to update both new and existing accounts to include details regarding the software owner and software name by 20 February 2026. As these new fields will become mandatory for new account creation effective 2 February 2026, we strongly recommend that clients complete software registration and selection by this date to ensure a smooth account setup process.
Please be advised that the Eurex Repo Rules & Regulations will be revised to reflect these new requirements, effective from 23 February 2026. Participants and Brokers will be notified of any changes to Eurex Repo´s Rules and Regulations prior to the effective date thereof, taking into account the deadlines provided for this purpose.
