1. Introduction

Please be informed that the following Eurex Repo legally binding documents have been adjusted and become effective on 1 September 2025
 
2. Required action 

Eurex Repo Participants will need to review their internal operational processes due to the following changes in the attached legally binding documents.

A.  Eurex Repo Terms and Conditions

  • Adding new term “Participants with Limited Trading Functionality” (Annex I - Terms/Definitions)
  • Changes related to “Participants with Limited Trading Functionality” (Amendments to number 6.1.1 (2), 6.1.3 (2) & (3), 6.1.10 (9))
  • Removal of transaction-based fee for Select Finance Participants (Amendments to number 6.1.5 (2))
  • Editorial changes (Amendments to number 5.2.1 (2))

B.  Eurex Repo High Level Composition of Special and GC Repo Segment (Annex 2)

  • The French Government GC Basket shall be extended by French Inflation Linked Bonds that are already eligible in the Special Repo segment (Amendments to Coupon Type in Annex 2 on page 5)
