Eurex Repo F7 simulation v4.5 update (with optional API update)

The Eurex Repo F7 simulation environment will be updated to F7 release 4.5 on Wednesday, March 11th, 2026. Eurex Repo F7 simulation will close at 11am CET for this update.
Eurex Repo will conduct internal tests on March 12th and March 13th. The 4.5 Simulation period will commence starting Monday, March 16th 2026. With the start of the business day on Thursday, March 12th the software version for Repo F7 simulation will be 004.540.000.
 
Release 4.5 includes GUI enhancements, an optional F7 API change and an F7 FIX Gateway upgrade with the following changes:


General enhancements

o TLSv1.3 Support, decommissioning of TLSv1.2 support

o Modify Rollover Rate (Extendable Trades)

o Trader Permission Changes

o Field Changes


F7 GUI specific enhancements

o Modify Rollover Rate (Extendable Trades)

o Fast Entry – Max. # SubTrades support

o Linked Quotes – Extra Checks


F7 API specific enhancements

o Modify Rollover Rate (Extendable Trades)


F7 FIX Gateway specific enhancements

o Modify Rollover Rate (Extendable Trades)


F7 MTX specific enhancements

o Field Changes only

Please note: While the F7 Simulation system is already on release 4.5, the F7 Advanced Simulation remains on the same software version as the F7 Production system.

The update to release 4.5 of F7 Production is planned for April 25th.

Market Status

The market status window is an indication regarding the current technical availability of the trading system. It indicates whether news board messages regarding current technical issues of the trading system have been published or will be published shortly.

Concrete information for the respective incident will be published during the incident via newsboard message. 

We strongly recommend not to take any decisions based on the indications in the market status window but to always check the production news board for comprehensive information on an incident.
